tbh, if you start with learning, that takes, oh say 2 months to max out, then you have 4 months to train up vaga skills, say 1.5 months to max out shield skills, then 1 month for navigation, then 25 days for cruiser 5, then 2-3 months for the uber...

definetly go with the adv. learning skills. when i was a real new player, i trained the basics to 3 and immediatly started training. I have to say, it gimped me unbelievably, it took a really, really, long time to train cruiser 5, like 30 days ...
